    骨折術後

    幫助骨折處的周邊組織及關節做徒手，功能性訓練也是不可缺少的，讓組織可以隨著骨頭的癒合更快回到受傷前的狀態。

    Besides applying manual therapy on the tissues around fracture area, functional training is also indispensable. Let tissues recover faster to their pre-injured state.

  • Tendon repair rehab

    亞基里斯跟腱修補術後

    仔細的術後評估，提供一對一正確的伸展與訓練，讓修復後的肌腱重新學習收縮，恢復原來的彈性。

    Careful post-operative evaluation provides one-to-one correct stretching and training, so that the repaired tendon can re-learn to contract and restore its original elasticity.

    藉由術後訓練，進而改善下肢肌力以及本體感覺的流失，以達到良好的控制，並為未來回歸運動場做準備。

    脊椎術後照顧

    不論是椎弓切除術、椎間盤切除術以及脊椎融合手術，都可以藉由物理治療增加核心肌群的穩定進而減少術後的後遺症。

    Not only Laminectomy and Discectomy surgery but also cervical / lumbar fusion surgery can reduce sequelae by increasing core muscles activation.

  • Scar tissue massage

    術後疤痕沾黏處理

    術後結痂疤痕和周邊組織產生沾黏，深層的疤痕按摩可以減少術後組織沾黏，讓關節活動得更輕鬆。

    After the operation, the scar and the surrounding tissues will stick to each other. Deep-layer scar massage can reduce the tissue sticking after the operation and make the joints move more easily.
