疼痛其實是身體一種訊號,代表身體某些動作功能出現問題,如關節錯位、肌肉不平衡等,因而產生發炎,造成疼痛,因此治療疼痛,除了局部的降低發炎外,最重要的是讓關節回復到理想位置,並且配合運動訓練,肌肉的收縮功能才能發揮最大效率。

Pain is  a signal of the body, which represents some problems in the body's movement function, such as joint discentrated , muscles imbalance, etc., resulting in inflammation, causing pain. So in the treatment of pain, in addition to local reduction of inflammation, the most important thing is to let the joints return to neutral. In the ideal position, and with exercise training, the muscle contraction function can maximize efficiency.
