疼痛處理 Pain Management


疼痛其實是身體一種訊號,代表身體某些動作功能出現問題,如關節錯位、肌肉不平衡等,產生動作上的代償,造成疼痛,因此治療疼痛,除了局部的降低發炎外,最重要的是讓關節回復到理想位置,並且配合運動訓練,肌肉的收縮功能才能發揮最大效率。

Pain is  a signal of the body, which represents some problems in the body's movement function, such as joint discentrated , muscles imbalance, etc., resulting in inflammation, causing pain. So in the treatment of pain, in addition to local reduction of inflammation, the most important thing is to let the joints return to neutral. In the ideal position, and with exercise training, the muscle contraction function can maximize efficiency.

經專業評估後,利用頸部肌肉的放鬆以及頸椎關節鬆動術使問題來源得以解決,最後再配合運動來維持頸椎的穩定。

After professional assessment, neck problems will be solved by cervical muscle release and cervical spine mobilization. Then, using  rehab exercise for maintaining stability of cervical spine.

治療師會先鑑別診斷出是否為五十肩,再利用徒手和運動治療來減緩五十肩所導致的沾黏,使失去的角度逐步恢復。

Therapists will differentiate whether the condition is " frozen shoulder ". Then, apply manual therapy and exercise to relieve the adhesion of shoulder in order to let the angle recover gradually.

下背痛可能是由各種不同問題所引發的,例如胸腰椎、骨盆肌肉亦或是椎間盤等等。而我們找出源頭之外,也會給予最適當的治療。

當髖關節穩定性不佳、或因為周邊肌肉不平衡、太緊繃都有可能造成走路卡卡的、或者運動時髖部不適的問題,藉由徒手以及運動治療可降低不舒適感。

Hip joint dysfunction may caused by capsule tightness, joint laxity, or muscle tightness. By manual therapy combined therapeutic exercises, physiotherapist can eliminate your pain.

在評估過後,治療師可以增加髕骨活動度或藉由膝蓋的動作控制訓練可以解決活動時膝蓋卡卡或是疼痛的問題。

After having evaluation, physiotherapist can improve knee function by giving patellar joint mobilization and motor control training.

無論哪種運動傷害(韌帶肌腱損傷、肌肉拉傷、骨折等等),物理治療可以在急性期到慢性期間提供治療協助早日找回甚至突破原本的運動表現。
